December Monthly Goal meetup

I know that I missed the meetup for November but I'm glad to back this month. I must say that this year has been a swift one. It seems like we blinked and it's just about over. 

My goals for October were to get the goals for September completed as well as the following. Well lets just say that they went out the window.... :) I just didnt have time to focus on starting a complete new business for the line of invitation

Design - A few new invitation suites. I haven't designed any in a while so I would like to start creating for Springcart Luxe which will be my custom invitation line.

Prep: Figure out if I want to organize a small holiday show like the one that we had this past weekend. And if the answer is yes I need to get on top of it.

Complete: Not sure

Market: Continue to market the shop and the Design Lab. I also want to create a marketing plan for our online Trunk Shows.

Continue: As always continue to hustle and make it happen, promote the shop...

A lot has been going on in the world of Springcart. The Design Lab Business has grown tremendously over this year. We just launched a new updated site here. Sign up for our newsletter to take advantage of our weekly specials. I also made changes to my Online Boutique Springcart. I've currently stopped making jewelry and have started buy beautiful and unique pieces that I now carry in my shop. Based on my most recent event, this was a good decision. I just didn't have the time to get orders out in a quick an efficient manner with the work from the Design Lab picking up as it did. Make sure that you visit the shop to get a look at out new goodies.  We are also working on the details for our new networking group, The Bella Network. I worked on this project for my birthday in October. I think that it's going to be great. We are launching in January 2010.

Also to get the old product moving I had a Grab Bag Sale, you can take a look at the details here. You still have time to get one if you'd like to take advantage of all of the terrific goodies that we have available.

So overall I can say that business and life has been good to me this year. I'm super excited to see what 2010 has in store for me and all of you. Thanks a bunch Jena for hosting as long as you did. I wouldn't mind hosting the monthly meetup here, I think that it has been a great resource for all of us participants.

Goals for December include:

Design - Marketing pieces for 2 events that I have this week.. Im thinking of moving my blog over to Wordpress (that's still up in the air):)

Prep: Make sure that I get everything ready for this coming weekend and all of the shows that I have coming over the next 2 weeks.

Complete: Marketing and information packages for The Bella Network

Market: Continue to market the boutique and the Design Lab. I also want to create a marketing plan for our online Trunk Shows and the New Purse Party's that I am starting.

Continue: As always continue to hustle and make it happen, promote the shop...
